Hi friends, I’m Nicole.

My path took me from teaching dance to discovering that yoga could change how I move through everything, not just my body but my whole life.

Training at Tulaa introduced me to Ayurveda, and everything started to make sense. Almost thirty years later, with certifications in restorative, trauma-informed, and accessible yoga, I still think of myself as a forever student. I want to share what I’ve learned with you.
